The assault caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a robbery at Heathrow Airport where 21 people were injured by a substance believed to be pepper spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow a probe into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was one of the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the scene. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of people hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
