It's a challenge for the Australian squad to set fresh records.

The highest peaks have long been mastered.

This is the unit that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, plus six more T20 titles, and once went 1,294 days unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, the ones sought by the achievement hunters, are the only things left for a team that has won it all.

That it took up to Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase over 300, regaining their record for the highest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, in truth, a testament to the pitchers that have worn canary yellow over the last half-century.

It's difficult for their batsmen to maintain a record if never given the opportunity.

She achieved fifty in 35 deliveries - her quickest at the World Cup - and her hundred in 84 balls as she attacked short-pitched balls, hitting 21 fours and three maximums.

When she was removed her side needed 66 more at run per delivery - an unconquered height now demanding an easy conclusion.

"To chase 330 is uncharted waters so I'm happy we have the confidence to do that now," stated Healy further.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it another time but, should it happen, we know we can do it."

These statements will be the final thing competing nations at this championship should hear.

Over the past five days a sense they will succeed regardless of circumstances has only strengthened - this success following win against Pakistan by 107 run margin despite being 76-7 at a certain moment.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before an encounter with traditional opponents England in Indore in 10 days, by which point a last-four spot may well be secure.

During that phase they exited the previous year's T20 World Cup in a shock defeat by South Africa - a match Healy couldn't play because of damaged tissue in her foot as she guided Australia for the inaugural occasion at an important competition.

So strong is her resolve, she subsequently stated she wished she had played despite the injury.

But while she afterwards confessed those physical issues have delayed plans to retire, this tournament is expected to be her final tournament as skipper in ODI cricket and she is still to achieve a global event as captain.
